Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
It usually takes about 7 business days for an order to be delivered. A confirmation mail will be sent to all our customers with shipment details 1 business day prior to shipping.
Shipping charges would be applicable depending upon the location the order has been placed from. Once order placed, the product would be shipped within 3-7 working days.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Please write to us at [email protected] or reach out to us on our contact number available on the website, we will try cancelling it for you, provided we are able to catch the shipping team before the order is dispatched.
Can I return my products?
We specialise in providing quality products and at the best pricing. Since inception that has been our motto to deliver happiness to our customers through our products.
We are very particular in curating our products and making available to our customers. Since our products are special in nature, it makes us difficult to accept any returns or refunds of them.
Refunds
Any Refund issued to Customers will take 4-5 business days to reflect in their account.
Who do I get in touch with for issues or complaints with the product/packaging?
We are really sorry if you’ve faced an issue related to the product/packaging. This is not something we are used to, and we take this very seriously. We would request you to share your exact concern by sending an email to [email protected]. We promise to fix it at the earliest. We will immediately check on this internally and revert to you. In case we find any errors, please allow us to rectify it or give you a refund to be determined as per the situation. Please notify us of any complaints within 24 hours of the order having been delivered to you.
